Backstreet Boys Sphere Las Vegas: Best Seats, What to Wear & Tips

Somewhere between screaming every word to I Want It That Way and watching the incredible visuals wrap around the Sphere, I realized this wasn’t just a concert.

It was a full blown millennial experience.

My friends and I planned a girls weekend to Las Vegas centered around seeing the Backstreet Boys at Sphere, and honestly? It exceeded every expectation.

If you’re thinking about attending one of the upcoming shows, here’s everything I wish I had known before going, from where to stay and what to wear to the best photo spots and Sphere tips.

Why Every Millennial Should See Backstreet Boys at Sphere

Growing up, Backstreet Boys posters covered my bedroom walls.

Fast forward a couple of decades, and there we were in Las Vegas singing every lyric alongside thousands of other women who clearly had the exact same childhood.

One of my favorite parts of the experience was realizing how many people had turned the concert into a girls trip. Everywhere we looked there were friend groups, sisters, moms, and best friends making a weekend out of it.

The energy was incredible.

Even if you’re not a die-hard fan anymore, the nostalgia alone is worth it.

Where to Stay for Backstreet Boys

Venetian

If you’re going specifically for Sphere, stay at the Venetian.

Being able to walk directly to and from the venue will make the entire experience so much easier.

No rideshare surge pricing. No waiting for taxis.

We stayed at Aria which was a great location as well but the convenience of staying at the Venetian can’t be beat.

For a Sphere trip, location matters more than almost anything else.

Best Seats at Sphere Las Vegas

One of the most common questions I get is:

What are the best seats at Sphere?

The good news is that there really isn’t a bad seat.

That’s what makes Sphere so different from a traditional concert venue.

The massive wraparound screen surrounds you no matter where you’re siting, so you’re getting an incredible experience from almost every section.

My Seat Recommendation

  • Lower bowl if you want to feel closer to the performers but you don’t get the full sphere visual experience
  • Mid-sections for a balance of visuals and stage view
  • Upper sections for the full immersive Sphere experience

The visuals are honestly the star of the show.

Don’t stress too much about finding the “perfect” seat.

Visit the Backstreet Boys Pop-Up Earlier in the Day

If you’re interested in merchandise or the Backstreet Boys pop-up experience, go earlier.

By late afternoon and closer to showtime, lines become much longer.

Visiting earlier allows you to:

  • Shop merchandise
  • Take photos
  • Explore displays
  • Avoid crowds

How We Turned It Into a Girls Weekend

One of the best parts of this trip wasn’t just the concert.

It was having an excuse to spend a long weekend with one of my closest friends.

If you’re making a girls trip out of it, here are a few things we loved.

Aria Spa

One of the highlights of the weekend was getting massages at Aria Spa.

After all the walking, late nights, and Vegas excitement, it was the perfect reset.

If you’re planning a girls trip, schedule some relaxation time.

Arte Museum Las Vegas

Arte Museum ended up being one of the biggest surprises of the trip.

The immersive digital art exhibits are beautiful, interactive, and perfect for photos.

If you’re looking for something unique to do during the day, definitely add it to your itinerary.

Dinner at Chica

For dinner, we went to Chica at the Venetian and loved it.

The food was fantastic and the location couldn’t be more convenient before heading over to Sphere.

Highly recommend making a reservation.

Final Thoughts: Is Backstreet Boys at Sphere Worth It?

If you’re debating whether Backstreet Boys at Sphere is worth it, my answer is simple:

Absolutely.

The visuals are unlike anything I’ve ever seen at a concert.

The nostalgia hits harder than you expect.

And turning it into a girls weekend makes the experience even more memorable.

Whether you’re a lifelong Backstreet Boys fan or simply looking for a fun excuse to plan a trip with your best friends, this is one Las Vegas experience that’s worth adding to your bucket list.

And if you’re anything like us, don’t be surprised if you leave already planning your next girls trip.
